Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. They need no introduction. Quintessentially British and synonymous with elegance and style the auto manufacturer is so well known for its titanic cruisers that one would think we’d know what is coming next. However, The Wraith is more than just the next model. It’s a watershed moment.
The most powerful Rolls-Royce ever made, it has incredible allure and significance. Not your average modern Rolls – it’s a debonair gentleman’s GT that is highly refined, luxurious but far more dramatic and exciting than others in the Rolls-Royce stable. It’s the closest thing that comes to a sports car in the range, with the most potent and technologically advanced cocktail of elegance and intelligence that the brand has ever produced.
With 624 BHP, the striking fastback silhouette heaves with presence and its SAT (Satellite Aided transmission) is so hyper advanced that the car scans the road ahead, figuring out which of its eight gears it should select based on current location and driver behaviour. Impressive doesn’t do it justice!
The theatre of the exterior is matched once you step through the rear-hinged automatic “coach doors” where passengers are greeted by a canopy of 1340 individual fibre optic sparkling lights woven into the fabric of the ceiling above. Combined with the characteristic monolithic Art-Deco of it brothers, the presence felt sitting inside this machine is beyond measure.
The Wraith was recently on show at The HedgeBrunch Summer Party where, understandably, it garnered more than a little interest as guests were able to witness it first-hand. There’s no such thing as “just another Rolls” but this model has got us more than a little excited.
